Board Meetings

The Board of Administration and its Committees meet each month at the CalPERS Headquarters, unless otherwise indicated. Board meetings are open to the public and broadcast live via webcast during open sessions. Board meeting videos can be viewed on our YouTube page. Closed sessions, which are not open to the public, will be indicated on the agenda.

CalPERS welcomes public comment on agenda items presented to the Board. If you have any questions or need to request special accommodations, contact the CalPERS Board Services Unit at (916) 795-3202.

Members of the public may provide public comment via telephone during the board meeting by calling (800) 259-4105. All public comments shall be subject to CalPERS Public Comment Regulation (Cal. Code Regs. tit. 2, § 552.1.). CalPERS will not be accepting public comment via email.

The Board meeting notice is available 10 days prior to the first Board meetings and includes agendas for all three days. Notices, agendas, and agenda items for the current year and past two years are available below.
