We realize that any changes to health plans impact your decisions during Open Enrollment. We will communicate all changes to plans and premiums to you prior to Open Enrollment, which will be held September 14 through October 9.
Below is information on the 2027 health plan proposals (PDF) presented at the CalPERS Pension & Health Benefits Committee on June 16, 2026.
Final premiums and changes will be approved by the CalPERS Board of Administration in July 2026.
