We’re providing the ZIP codes for counties where 2027 health plan additions and expansions approved by the CalPERS Board of Administration on July 14, 2026.

These ZIP code listings can help you confirm whether a ZIP code is included in a proposed 2027 health plan service area.

For more information regarding changes to our health plans or benefits, refer to our Annual Health Plan Changes page.

If the ZIP code is listed, then the respective health plan will expand there in 2027.
