Open Enrollment Notice
2026 Open Enrollment for State of California and California State University (CSU) sponsored dental and vision plans is September 14 to October 9. Changes made during Open Enrollment take effect January 1, 2027.
Eligibility
If you're eligible, you have 60 calendar days from your appointment date to request enrollment in dental or vision coverage, or both. You can also enroll during Open Enrollment.
