CalPERS seeks to establish a Spring-Fed Pool of information technology consultants to provide CalPERS with: competitive cost for IT consulting services, competitive selection of contractors based on evaluated criteria, simplification of procurement for necessary services, reduction in delay in meeting needs and/or in completing projects, flexible/adaptable/streamlined processes and technology, expedition and improvement of services to all CalPERS customers (internal and external).
