The California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide all apects of property management and facility services for the LP Headquarters Complex, as well as the 918 R Street warehouse, Ramos, and EOC buildings. The contractor will provide oversite to all leased space for the Regional Offices. Examples of services to be provided include: preventative maintenance, landscaping, housekeeping, project and construction management, security and safety, systems operation, data center preventative maintenance, lease maintenance, Cafe Operations, etc.
