2026 Early Bird: $269.00 (April 29-July 3, 2026)

2026 Standard: $319.00 (July 4-August 7, 2026)

2026 Student: $169.00

Payment Terms

Payment

The early-bird registration fee is $269 (after July 3, 2026, pricing goes up to $319); which includes sessions and meals. Payment must be received by the registration cutoff date: August 7, 2026.

Credit card

Credit cards are the preferred method of payment. We apologize for the inconvenience but American Express and Discover cards are not accepted.

Check

Registration cutoff for check payments is August 5, 2026, and the check must be received no later than August 12, 2026.

  • Your check should be made payable to CalPERS Pathways for Women 2026.
  • Write your name and your confirmation number on the memo line.

We're unable to accept purchase orders. If payment is not received by August 12, 2026, we reserve the right to cancel your registration.

If you're no longer able to attend this event, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Registration modifications must be made by August 12, 2026. You can modify your registration by following these steps:

  1. Open your registration email.
  2. Select View or Modify your registration.
  3. Enter your confirmation number.
  4. Select Modify.
  5. Modify your information, then select Finish to save.
  6. You'll receive a modification confirmation email.

If you must cancel your registration, the following refund policies apply: 

  • A cancellation fee of $75 will be assessed for all refunds from April 29–July 10, 2026.
  • No refunds will be granted after July 11, 2026.
  • Refunds will not be granted for no-shows and payment is still required.

You can cancel your registration by following these steps:

  1. Go to Registration.
  2. Log in with your email and confirmation number.
  3. Select the Unregister tab.
  4. Follow the prompts and select Finish.

You'll receive an email to confirm your cancellation.

Hotel Information

To take advantage of group pricing under the CalPERS Pathways for Women room block, you’ll need to make reservations by August 1, 2026. Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Note: When booking hotel accommodations, ensure your room reservation is under the same name you used to register for the conference; otherwise, we will cancel any reservations not associated to a Pathways for Women attendee name.

If you are interested in staying at the Hilton Anaheim, your registration confirmation email will contain a link to book a hotel room associated with the event. The reservation deadline is August 1, 2026.

  • Make sure your reservation is under the same name as your event registration.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any reservations not associated with a registered attendee's name.

Discounted daily self-parking is available for $25, subject to availability.
