Keynote

“Validation Is For Parking: How Women Can Beat the Confidence Con” challenges the belief that confidence is something you either have or don’t. In this engaging and practical keynote session, author Nicole Kalil breaks down the myths and cliches surrounding confidence and introduces an honest, actionable approach to building it from within.

Through relatable storytelling, insightful frameworks, and interactive elements, the audience gains a clear understanding of what confidence is, what holds it back, and how to strengthen it in everyday life. Attendees leave with practical tools to overcome self-doubt, reconnect with their sense of self, and act with greater clarity and courage – recognizing that confidence is not a trait, but a skill they can develop.
