Employer Leadership Dialogues (ELD) are informative sessions designed for senior management leaders and decision makers, offering an opportunity to engage with CalPERS senior leaders on topics that impact your organization. These small venue meetings provide timely updates on key subjects such as the status of the fund and projected pension costs, strategies for repaying unfunded accrued liabilities, actuarial updates, employment rules for various employee types, post-retirement employment regulations, legislative updates, health care options and costs, and pension contracts.

ELD meetings are held from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at CalPERS Regional Offices; please visit Headquarters & Regional Offices site for office locations and parking information.
