CalPERS is proud to claim compliance with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®). We’ve been independently verified for the period of July 1, 2016, through June 30, 2024. GIPS are a voluntary set of standards, based on the ethical principles of fair representation and full disclosure, that help us accurately calculate and present our investment results. These standards and ethical principles increase:

• Level of credibility
• Transparency
• Comparability of investment performance
