Implement Multifactor Authentication (MFA) for the myCalPERS Employer Portal
Business partner (BP) contacts are now required to provide their username, password, and a one-time password (OTP) when logging into the myCalPERS employer portal. Password resets also require the username and an OTP.
System Access Administrators are no longer able to provide temporary passwords and can now only send password reset links to the email address registered in myCalPERS for the BP contact.
