Registration is Open Now

Registration for the CalPERS Educational Forum is open through October 16, 2026. Early bird registration is $549 from now until August 3, 2026. Regular pricing is $599 after August 3, 2026. All General Attendee registration includes food and beverage served during the Forum, along with access to all consultations, exhibits, presentations, and sessions. Complimentary Wi-Fi will also be available while attending Forum activities.

Registration Details

Want to split your attendance between co-workers? While we don’t offer a reduced registration fee for partial attendance, we do allow more than one person to attend on different days using the same registration. To make those arrangements, contact us at CalPERS_Educational_Forum@calpers.ca.gov no later than October 16, 2026.

Registration closes October 16, 2026.

Credit Card

Credit card is the preferred method of payment. We apologize for the inconvenience but American Express and Discover cards are not accepted.

Check

The registration cutoff for check payments is September 12, 2026, and checks must be received no later than October 2, 2026.

  • Your check should be made payable to "CalPERS Educational Forum 2026".
  • Write your name and confirmation number on the memo line.

We're unable to accept purchase orders. If payment isn’t received by October 2, 2026, we reserve the right to cancel your registration.

Cancellations made from June 1 to October 2, 2026, will be assessed a $75 fee. Cancellations after October 2, are nonrefundable.

If you’re no longer able to attend this event, you may transfer your registration to another individual within your organization. Attendee substitutions are allowed through October 16, 2026.

In the event you must cancel your registration:

  • Refunds won’t be granted for no-shows and payment is still required.
  • Note that canceling your registration doesn’t automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You’re responsible for canceling those on your own.

You can cancel your registration online by following these steps:

  1. Visit CVENT, and select Already registered?.
  2. Enter the first name, last name, and email you used to register, then select Next and the verification code will be sent to the mobile phone number and email used to register.
  3. Enter the verification code and select Log in.
  4. On the bottom right, select Cancel Registration.
  5. Follow the prompts and select Submit.

You'll receive an email to confirm your cancellation.

Modifications can be made online by October 16, 2026. Follow these steps:

  1. Visit CVENT, and select Already registered?.
  2. Enter the first name, last name, and email you used to register, then select Next and the verification code will be sent to the mobile phone number and email used to register.
  3. Enter the verification code and select Log in.
  4. On the bottom right, select Modify Registration.
  5. Proceed with making any modifications on each registration page, then select Submit for them to be updated.

You'll receive an email to confirm your modifications.

Hotel Information

To take advantage of group pricing under the CalPERS Educational Forum room block at the Anaheim Marriott, you’ll need to make reservations by September 29, 2026. Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Note: When booking hotel accommodations, ensure your room reservation is under the same name you used to register for the forum; otherwise, we will cancel any reservations not associated with an Educational Forum attendee name.

  • On-site daily self-parking is $56.
  • Daily valet is $61.

Parking rates are subject to change. Visit the Anaheim Marriott for the most current parking information and rates. Parking information and rates can be found by navigating to the "Frequently Asked Questions" section, if this link doesn't already redirect you to that section.

If you are interested in staying at the Anaheim Marriot, your registration confirmation email will contain a link to book a hotel room associated with the event. The reservation deadline is September 29, 2026.

  • Make sure your reservation is under the same name as your event registration.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any reservations not associated with a registered attendee’s name.
