Retirement Appointment Reconciliation Improvements

The following enhancements have been made to the Retirement Appointment Reconciliation pages:

• Employers can now view synchronized unposted earned period data on the Retirement Appointment Reconciliation and Payroll Schedules pages, making reconciliation efforts more efficient for larger employers.
• 'Missing Payroll' terminology has been changed to 'Unposted Payroll' to accommodate future earned periods not yet past due.
• The Retirement Appointment Reconciliation page has new search filters such as: "Payroll Past Due," "Payroll Schedule Type," and "Earned Period."
• The Payroll Schedule page now offers Excel and Print functionality.
  • The "Excel" button generates a report of the data displayed.
  • The "Print" button generates an HTML version for easy printing.
• To improve page loading response times the system displays up to 1,000 participant records alphabetically, with a default of 25 participants viewable per page. Users may select to view up to 500 records per page, and utilize the filters in the Search For Participants panel to further refine the results to view additional records as needed.

Business Partner On Leave Report

The purpose of this report is to provide a list of appointments in the “On Leave” status. The report can be generated by Business Partner or Participant and for a particular date range.

Business Partners with child organizations or Business Partner Relationships with other organizations can select one or multiple organizations to include in the report.

Contacts with the following access roles can generate the report:

• Appointment Management - Non-PERS and CalSTRS
• GASB Contact
• Health Enrollment
• Payroll
• Retirement Enrollment
