Top reasons to register as early as possible:

  • Take advantage of the early bird rate of $349 – a $50 savings. Registration will go up to $399 effective on August 1.
  • Secure hotel rooms – available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Early access to select your sessions and meals.
  • Split your attendance between co-workers. While we don’t offer a reduced registration fee for partial attendance, we do allow more than one person to attend on different days using the same registration. To make those arrangements, contact us by Friday, September 7, 2018.

Payment Methods

Credit card is the preferred method of payment. American Express and Discover cards are not accepted. If you need to pay by check, please mail it with a copy of the registration confirmation email to the following address:

Your check should be made payable to "CalPERS Educational Forum 2018" and include your name and confirmation number on the memo line. We're unable to accept purchase orders. If payment is not received by Friday, October 12, we reserve the right to cancel your registration.

Modifications can be made directly by Friday, October 5, 2018 by following these steps:

  1. Access your confirmation email
  2. Go to modify your registration instructions
  3. Once you are in the registration modification link, log in with your confirmation number
  4. Modify your registration
  5. Select Finish
  6. You'll receive an email to confirm your modifications

You can cancel your registration online by following these steps:

  1. Access your confirmation email
  2. Go to cancel your registration instructions
  3. Once you are in the registration cancellation link, log in with your confirmation number
  4. Cancel your registration
  5. Select Finish
  6. You'll receive an email to confirm your cancellation.

2018 CalPERS Educational Forum Refund Policy

  • Registration fees will be refunded in full for requests made before 5:00 p.m., Friday, October 5, 2018.
  • Refunds requested during the week of October 6-12, 2018, will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be granted after Friday, October 12, 2018.
  • Refunds will not be granted for no-shows and payment is still required.
  • Attendee substitutions are allowed, but need to be made in advance by Friday, September 7, 2018.
