About the Event
Looking for valuable insight to grow in your career? Join CalPERS CEO Marcie Frost for an inspired day of conversations with women at top levels of leadership.
In recognition of National Women’s Equality Day, we're hosting a free online forum to inspire and motivate women aspiring to new heights in their careers.
Women in the workforce have made significant advances since the 19th Amendment was passed giving women the right to vote. Yet, there are still challenges on the path to top levels of leadership.
Factor in the changing dynamics of how the workplace has operated in the last year and many women are planning a major career change. Whether you are thinking of leaving your job, starting your own business, or re-evaluating your current career, this forum is for you.
Marcie Frost will be joined by women leaders in business and government as they share what it took to get to the levels of leadership they’re at today and how they’ve navigated their career paths. How did they get there? What obstacles did they have to overcome? What guidance do they have to offer women in today’s workforce?
You’ll leave with fresh ideas to navigate the next steps in your career path.
While this event is designed to address the issues that have traditionally impacted women, all are invited to attend, regardless of gender identity or background. The need for guidance and inspiration for career growth is universal to all.
Women interested in advancing in their career across multiple disciplines including finance, government service, health care, and business.
