Nondiscrimination Program

In order to do business with CalPERS, you must comply with nondiscrimination requirements pertaining to the development, implementation, and maintenance of the nondiscrimination program. The nondiscrimination program protects against employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

CalPERS contracts contain the required Nondiscrimination Compliance language. By signing the contract, you certify (under penalty of perjury) that you have complied with the nondiscrimination program requirements of Government Code Section 12990 (a) - (f); and of Title 2, Section 8103 of the California Code of Regulations.
