Enterprise Strategy & Performance Division

The Enterprise Strategy and Performance Division provides support and guidance to the CalPERS senior Leadership team in areas related to strategic planning, organizational and business effectiveness and leadership alignment and engagement. Serving as an internal consultant, the division employs a strategic framework based on the integration of strategy, process and behavior.
