Customer Service & Outreach Division

The Customer Service and Outreach Division is the first point of contact for CalPERS employers and members, both active and retired. This includes:

• CalPERS Regional Offices, located in Fresno, Glendale, Orange, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Jose, and Walnut Creek, which provide personal assistance with program benefits and services.
• Employer and member education, such as instructor-led and online classes through the CalPERS Education Center, and other specialized education requests and education materials.
• CalPERS Customer Contact Center, which provides a single point of contact to help with all employer and member business. Specially trained CalPERS representatives provide assistance at 888 CalPERS (or 888-225-7377).
